This simple beer was brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and aged in oak for 1 year. Refermented on grape pomace for 4 weeks. Fruity and floral aromas with hints of pepper, light body and bright acidity.

Bottle from Deya. Pours light hazed gold with dissipating translucent bubbles. Sweet white grape aroma, along with some citrus, mellow funk. Semi dry taste, tangy, light sweet white grape to the fore. I think I slightly preferred the Kerner version over this one. Both a nice drop though.

Thanks to Tips. Light haze on this pale pale gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts. A little thin white wine. Modest chalky funk. Dry finish. Alright but somewhat insubstantial.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Tipple. Pours lightly unclear pale yellow with a creamy white topping. Lightly sweet with notes of tangy lemon, white pepper, mellow funk. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Lightly drying finish, white pepper, lemony tartness, restrained funk. Very drinkable stuff.
