Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy but stable tan head. Clear aroma of roast and malt, with notes of hops and touches of caramel and yeast. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of lactose and caramel malt and touches of hops. Bitter and rough aftertaste with hints of yeast an liquorice. Medium body. Well-balanced and quite easy to drink, although a trifle watery.

Bottle, 5.5%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roatsed malts, chocolate, coffee and a little liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, liquorice, medium sweet, hop, little lacto and a little bitter.

Bottle, 5.5%. Roasted aroma, hint of fruit and cream. Black colour, seems unclear. Big unstable dark brown head. The flavour starts off slightly sweet, turning more roasted with a distinct raw liquorice note in the finish. Low carbonation.

Bottle @ Home. Pours black with a creamy brown head, lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, milk chocolate, lactose. Flavor is lightly sweet and little bitter, malty, caramel, chocolate., cocoa, lactose. Medium body with a oily smooth mouthfeel, average carbonation. 280115

Bottle.Black colour with small head. Aroma of fine coffee and roasted malt, smooth and sweet with light body and light note of burnt caramel and hops, medium body and smooth finsh.

Nearly black with small tan head. Roasted aroma, lactic hints. Smooth, roasted flavour, licorice. Sweet with bitter finish. Not bad, quite pleasant.
