Bock speciality with finest aroma hops brewed and multi-ice-cultivated.

A fine, intensive touch of honey and a light flowery lewon flavour define the gentle first sip of the multi-ice-cultivated, amber-coloured beer essence. The voluminous, almost liquor-like body unfolds with classy bitterly-hops to an extraordinary intense and remarkable taste adventure. Similar to a Cognac, this speciality is a perfect digestif as a closure to a delightful table.

750ml bottle. Murky, orangey, dark golden colour with surprisingly huge, slowly, though not fully diminishing, white head. Sweetish aroma of candied fruit, fruit in rum, apple, a touch of almond, hints of alcohol, some hop bitterness. Taste is intense malty, moderate sweetness, hints of candied fruit, sweet, filtered apple juice, welcome bitter hoppy counterweight, a touch of marzipan; some warming alcohol in the lasting, finish. Oily texture, minimally sticky palate. Not overly complex, not too harsh, balanced. Nice sipper.
