33cl Blik. Mistiggele kleur, witte kraag. Citrus, ananas, licht bloemig, hint van caramel, niet heel uitgesproken maar wel lekker, glas was leeg voor ik er erg in had. Ook nu weer een degelijke IPA van Two Chefs.

Can shared with TdeRoeck. Hazy yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma is very pleasant: nicely hoppy, lightly fruit hoppy, dank. Flavor is lightly malts, fruity / dank hops, moderately hop bitter, overal maybe a little too sweet and in the aftertaste there's something odd that almost seems old. Decent body, decent to medium carbonation. Not bad for a Dutch brewery.

8/II/25 - 33cl can from Albert Heijn supermarket (Oostakker), shared with Benzai @ home, BB: 2/IX/25, canned: 2/IX/24 (2025-122)
Little cloudy gold blond beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very dank, a bit resinous, marijuana, onions, diesel, very strong intense smell, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet, fruity, dank, a bit resinous, sugary touch, hoppy, some marijuana, honey. Aftertaste: a little oxidized, sweet, some alcohol, a bit malty, caramel, soft bitterness.

28 August 2024. At Hal 16 (Dok Brewing). Cheers to Anke, Pieter, Caro & Tom!
A: hazy yellow, small, foamy, white head.
A: mandarin peel, lime zest, peach stone, grape, shallot.
T: sweetish peach & mandarin, bitter grapefruit & orange peel, dank shallot.
F: floral hops, bit peppery, bitter grapefruit & onion.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Classic dank & bitter brew, showcasing a thin line between East and West.

True to style, firm bitterness hazy beer but certainly not off the juicy type. Tapt fest rembrantpark
