From a 330ml bottle on 15/4/2015. Pours a very dark amber with a smallish head. The nose features a modest light caramel malt. In the mouth, there’s quite a lot going on. Lots of chocolate, cocoa, some coffee, salted caramel, roasted malt and some biggish lingering hops. medium bodied, with average carbonation. This is actually a rather good and quite unusual stout. Very well done.

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours hazy dark copper brown with small light tan head. Faint aroma of roast, malt and coffee. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of coffee, malt and fruit. Acetic, fruity and roasty aftertaste. Not bad, but not very stouty, either.

Bottle. Dark brown with a small beige head. Earthy nutty aroma with sweet coffee and mild roast. Medium bodied with lowish carbonation. Fairly sweet but bitterness creeps up quickly - coffee, mild roast, some chocolate, earthy seedy notes. Nice, bitterness coming through more clearly makes it slightly better than the old stronger version.

Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Clear, dark amber colour with a thin, off-white head. Roasted aroma with sweet fruits, caramel malts, roasted, chocolate, coffee and bread. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and toasted malty with fruits. Neat Stout.
