Flaska från SB. Kopparfärgad klar vätska med medelhögt krämigt smutsvitt skum. Snygg red ale med knäckig och karamellig kropp med lite rokad frukt kryddad med kådig humle med citrustoner. Gott.

0,33 flaske fra Systembolaget Malmø, delt med skibsrederen mens vi lager oppskrift for lørdagens brygg, ombord på Fridtjofen feb-18: klar rødlig kobber med fint skum som varer. Søte, røde bær, karamellkjeks, appelsinmarmelade og litt furunål/granskudd og tørkede frukter, det hele velbalansert i en god maltkropp. Sympatisk, bæraktig bitterhet i avslutningen. Særdeles velegnet til vedlikehold av en stabil brukspromille.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 08.02.18. Clear orange amber. Beige head and lacing. Excellent aroma and taste of dreid red berries, sweet malt, brittle, pine, jam and marmalade. Medium bitterness. Excellent quaffability.

Bottle. Nicley balanced and well made amber with notes of caramel, marzipan, grass and herbs. Creamy and soft texture. Somewhat reminds me of a good german bockbier.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma, sweet toasted caramel flavour, rich and malty body with some late, balancing hops for a good balance. Clean and straight. 151116

Keg at Beer Ditch, Malmo, RBESG ’15 day 2, 21/08/15. Rich chestnut brown with a moderate off White covering. Nose is biscuit malt, toffee, sweet fruit esters. Taste comprises candied fruit peel, toffee, biscuit malt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying. Ok.

Draught at Beer Ditch. Dark amber colour with a thin, white head. Toasted aroma with caramel malts, fruits and citrus. Taste is lightly bitter. Medium body. Finishes dry with toasted malts and pines.
