Dimensions of Time is our barrel-aged imperial stout blends for the Dimensions of Time Barrel Project membership. These beers sat between 13-20 months in a variety of barrels. For the blend, we have Blanton's, Old Fitz 12yr, 2 Thomas Handy Rye, Woodford Rye, Old Forrester Masterpiece 13yr, Stagg Jr, and 1792. Each variant of D.o.T is meant to inspire thoughtfulness to the complexity and nuance, or dimensions, of the beer over time.

Draught @ Brewskival 2022, Helsingborg, Sweden. Smooth, complex and heavy with roastiness, some rye, loads of bourbon, barrel, chocolate sauce, cocoa, vanilla, syrup and earthiness. Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is dark chocolate, roast, prune, licorice, wood, bourbon. Thick body, chewy roast, chocolate, licorice, rye, wood, nice sweetness, boozy, enjoyed this.
