Aroma: sweet ginger and sugar. Flavour: lemon, ginger and slight malty sweetness. Sticky sugar finish. Colour: pale yellow with a white head.

Bottle 750ml. corked. [ As Ørbæk Rock’n’roots ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate ginger - flowers - élderflowers. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, elderflowers, ginger, fruity, sugary. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150410]

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours cloudy straw with small white head. Clear aroma of lemonade and bread, with touches of yeast. Sweet flavour of lemonade, with bready and gingery notes and estery touches, especially in the aftertaste. Sweetish aftertaste. Quite uninspiring.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy very pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, light malty, ginger and lemonade. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. 100415
