250ml bottle. Pours a hazy copper with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a medium, foamy, long lasting, beige head that laces. Aroma of caramel malt, pine cone, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, pine cone, grapefruit, ginger, earthy yeast and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Interesting.

Bottle 25 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque reddish amber with a lacing, off-white head. Distinct spruce aroma. Medium body, slightly biscuity malts again spruce notes and a faint, underlying tartness. Dry, slightly bitter finish. 261025

Draught Good yellowish head over fully hazy orange-ochre beer. Hints of clove, pine, spruce. Clove, bit pharmaceutical, pine, resin flavours. Quite slick, resin-viscous, good carbonation. Original, though I have had finer spruce beer.

0,25l bottle at home bought from Merkur Hoher Markt. BB 20.08.2025. copper / brown cloudy color, small off-white head. smells resin, earthy, bit flowery, peppery, tobacco, decent to good smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes pine cones, resin, bit peppery, earthy, tobacco, bit soapy. finishes lightly bitter with notes of resin, pine cones and earthy notes. pretty good, a bit intense / over the top, not the easiest to drink.

Klar kupferfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger Geruch nach Kräutern. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht hopfig mit Kräutern. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

250mL bottle, pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Nose has pine cone extract, some Xmas spiciness, and bready malt. Flavour has a nice spiciness, with a sort of Xmas spiciness that seems to be produced by the pine cone extract; finishes dry and toffee-like. Pleasant enough.

Ein neues Bier aus dem Stiegl-Universum., das man den Alpen 🏔️, welche ja nicht zu weit von Salzburg weg sind, gewidmet hat. Es ist ein durchaus interessantes Bier 🍺, das einen lustigen Geschmack nach Wiesenkräutern 🌲🌿 und harzige 🪵 Noten im Abgang hat. Kein Bier für alle Tage, aber als Spezialbier gefällt es mir gut.

Bottled 250ml. -from Billa Plus Siersberg. Amberish coloured, medium sized off-white head, piney and herbal nose. Herbal, light piney, bit spicy and touch of caramel with dryish finish.
