On tap at Bergen Ølfestival. It pours a clear, golden body under a dense, off-white finger-thick head leaving lacings. Citrus and some pale malts in the aroma, grapefruit zest and a light touch of grass. Mostly citrusy flavor too, on a backdrop of pale malts. Pleasantly bitter, not too bitter, and not too less bitter, not much sweetness either. It’s dry and medium bodied with an appropriate carbonation level. Lasting finish with a good bitterness. A tasteful and sessionable pale ale. 140906
