Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

Bottle from het Biermoment. Hazy to cloudy golden color, medium frothy lasting head. Aroma of peppery yeast, bit fruity notes and even some funk. Rhubarb, grassy bitterness and a note of pleasant funk in taste. Bit minerally even. Very enjoyable.

Bottle at The Ravensgate Arms Ramsgate. Hazy orange pink colour lasting cream head. Dry saison yeast aroma. Then some rhubarb flavour in mouth. Sweet rhubarb not overly sour. Decently balanced. God i love good saison sour beers some biscuit fruit. My mouth right now is pure joy. Good sourness. Gets a little too intense over the bottle. Good though.
