Denne mørkebrune stout er brygget med let ristede malte, og som det hører sig til i en rigtig stout - umaltet ristet byg. Seattle er krydret med Northern Brewer humle og tilsat ekstrakt af de bedste arabica kaffebønner fra Sydamerika.
Det første man lægger mærke til, er det holdbare cappuccinofarvede skum og den skønne duft af friskmalet kaffe. I munden overraskes man af den milde ristede smag med nuancer af vanilje og kakao. Til sidst kommer den markante smag af god kaffe sammen med en afstemt bitterhed fra kaffebønner og humle.

Bottle from Kvickly. Almost black with a lasting light brown hed. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee and caramel. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish. 310115

Bottle.Almost black colour with large beige head. Aroma of roasted coffee and caramel, mild Souris start but gets nice and mild bready after a will well balanced and smooth with light chocolate flavour and malty finish.

Very dark brown, clear with frothy light tan head. Roasted aroma with coffee notes. Similar flavour plus fruity and chocolate notes. Long, roasted bitter and dry finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty and coffee. Bitter, coffee and roasted dark malty. Bitter, roasted and dry dark malty finish.

50 cl. bottle poured in to a Snifter. Pitch black with a dense, lightly tanned head. Roasted aroma with coffee, caramel, chocolate and dark malts. Herbal hops. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and slightly bitter with coffee, chocolate malts and roasted notes. Rather heavy on the coffee. However, a good experience.

Bottle @ DØE. Pours dark brown with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, hard roasted coffee, coffee grounds, toast. Flavor is malty, caramel, chocolate notes, coffee and coffee grunds. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. Abit thin, but not bad. 210115
