Bottle thanks to Kevin. Pours a dark ruby brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cherry skin, grape must, oak, funk. Slick body, tart cherry, grape, raisin, wood, light dry finish, very nice.

Fonefan 280215. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is sourness, vinegar, berries. Flavour is sourness, vinous, yeast, berries, wood, dried fruitss, caramel. Very nice beer.

Bottle 750ml. @ Carnival Tasting 2015, Denmark. [ As Bullfrog Oud 15 ].Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy tart, wood, cherry, vinegar, funky. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, vinegar, cherry, almonds, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light light alcoholic. [20150228]

Hazy rubyish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is sour wood, mild funky farmyard to it as well as some cherries, raspberries and mild wooden notes. Flavour is rather similar, but also has a quite sweet sugary notes.

Bottle, 75cl. It’s a hazy, brown beer with a minimal sized light beige head. The aroma is quite vinegarish, with some dried fruits and caramel. Some berries and raisins. It’s full-bodied and quite warming, with a soft carbonation. Caramel, raisins and some balsamic vinegar, with a good berry touch. Lasting finish with caramel, vinegar, dark berries and raisins. A beer that hides the alcohol very well, and tastes quite nice too. 150228

Säuerlicher Beginn, süße Beinoten. Dunkel fruchtig, wenig brotig. Ganz zum Ende kurz alkoholisch, süffig, allerdings zunehmend trocken. Ok. 10/10/8/9/8/9

Bottle @ RBSG Grand Tasting. Pours a dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity sour woody cherry aroma. Fruity sour tart cherry flavor. Has a fruity sour tart cherry finish.

Bottle during RBSG 2014 Grand Tasting at Schlafly Tap Room. Dark brown with off-white head. Aromas of tart fruit. Tastes of cherries, dark and tart fruits. Medium body with a dry finish.
