Draft at the brewery tap. Pours clear yellow with a fine, white cream head. Crisp wheat, hay and spicy ginger in the aroma. Light sweet flavor with dry dough, wheat, light bitter straw, some lemon, moderate ginger, citrus peel. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced to finish with a refreshing ginger element, modest pale wheat sugars, some lemon zest, rindy citrus, hay. Really solid. Exceedingly drinkable.

On tap at the brewery. Pale green gold slight haze lasting white head. Good ginger saison flavour mix. I do like ginger flavoured beers. This is light and interesting. Likeable.
