Pigs Ear. Wooden Cask. Hazy deep amber beer with a bubbly pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and semi dry. Modest fine carbonation. Mild malt with a whisper of toffee. Little dried fruits and very light hop. Light dry finish. A tasty little beer but unlike most of the other wooded cask beers at the festival, doesnโ€™t seem to have picked up anything from the wood.
