Our signature non-alcoholic IPA is dry-hopped for an authentic finish and taste. A variety of barley, wheat, and oat malts provide a well-rounded backbone upon which the hops can shine. Enjoy this convergence of East Coast and West Coast styles in a mellow and slightly hazy IPA that is satisfying without stupefying.

Shared with Silke in NYC. Orange gold with a thin, frothy, white head. Dank aroma. Fermenting citrus. The Wort tones typical for the style, albeit manageable. Mildly bitter. Citric. The crisp, mildly bitter tone is the highlight here. Drinkable.

Pours hazy gold into a willi. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Pine, allium and fresh cut grass aromas. Crisp with strong allium front to back. Softens in the dry, lasting pine finish.

Canning date incompletely legible, but starts off with 1111, so I'm guessing it's 11/11/24. Drunk 1/9/25.
Slightly hazy, deep brass with light bronze. Large, white head, moderate retention.
Nose shows the dry-hopping at least, with peach, pear, melon and mild citrus. Hints of wort/cereal notes with a strange note of probable yeast, though it's hard to describe. Almost like baby food.
In the mouth there's a pretty good body for an NA, with lightly sweet malts and more of this weird baby food peachiness that sort of melds in to the peachy hops. Actual bitterness and a hint of chalk from hops. Touch of wort.

12oz can. Poured a hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma was light pine, a decent amount of grass. Some light herbal notes. Flavor was herbal hops, light pine.
