Teerenpelin NotkeaNIPA on voimakkaasti ja pirteästi humaloitu amerikkalaistyylinen suodattamaton India Pale Ale, jota päästiin maistelemaan ensimmäisen kerran vuonna 2014. Kuivahumalointi kypsymisen aikana korostaa sitruksista tuoksua ja samalla tasapainoittaa oluen hedelmäistä makua.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Cloudy amber, rich head. Grapefruity nose with some resin behind. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Fruity with caramelly malt and seriously resiny hops. Inky bitter finish with metal and resin. A primitive beer overloaded with hops.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Teerenpeli Notkea NIPA ].Unclear matt medium ýellow orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, pine, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet bitter, sweet fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150227]

Mild smell of hops. Hazy deep amber colour, cream-coloured, half-foamy head. Aroma of hops, some spruce, slightly grassy. Nice dry hoppy palate. Flat carbon. Mid-strong body, yet fresh. A quite neat IPA.

Bottled@fonefan. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some sweet malts as well as some herbal notes. Flavour is floral, fruity, some earthy and grassy notes as well. Nice mellow bitterness to it.

Bottle. An unclear, orange-golden beer with a minimal-sized off-white head. The aroma has a distinct vanilla touch, with pale malts, resins and grass. It’s medium bodied and soft on the palate, although with a bit too much. Fruity flavor with bitterness, pine cones, some caramel malts and a touch of grass and resins. Lasting finish. Sort of nice this one, but not very interesting anyway. 150227

Getreidig herber Beginn, erst in zweiter Linie hopfig. Zu Beginn eher muffig, später eher spritzig. Süßlich bitter, trotz der Aromenkombination süffig. 9/11/11/11//11

A blurry, slightly orange beer with a weak and blond head. The tropical aroma has smooth mangos and papaiyas, some grapeftuits and fructose. Good and fresh aroma. Taste is slightly tropical fruity, medium bitterness, grapefruity and dry end. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. This is good beer, nice bitterness and tropical.

Draught @ Olut Expo Finland 2014 as ”Notkea Nipa”
Aroma has berries, grainy malt and hay. Feels a bit mellow. Flavour has minerals, some fruity hops, gooseberry bush. Finishes with some mellow herbal bitterness. Better and more flavourful than Teerenpeli usually.

Draught @ Teerenpeli Kamppi as "Teeren IPA".
Aroma is fruity and hoppy with gooseberry bush, some varamel and biscuits. Foamy and sticky palate. Flavour is fruity and hopoy with some minerals. Finishes woth herbal tones and grapefruit. A positive surprise, usually Teerenpeli beers are mellow, but this has rather aggressive hops.
