Keg at the brewpub, 10/11/14. Light black with a moderate tan covering that clears edgeward. Nose is dark malts, brown sugar, nutty, light cocoa. Taste comprises mild roast, sweet licks, mellow fruit, light cocoa. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. No real balance to this and lacks roasty bite, mediocre stout.
