Bottle shared @ The RBScSG in Gothenburg. Pours hazy burnt yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some spotty trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly fruity and slightly floral with white bread, crackers, red pears, honey, minerals, lemon zest and hints of alcohol. Taste is sweet, slightly bitter, tiny fruity and slightly floral. Mouthfeel is round, tiny sparkling, tiny astringent, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and tiny bitter with white bread, red pears, honey, marzipan, pollen, soil, lemon zest and hints of alcohol. Not very true to style but an ok brew nonetheless.
