Bottled@fonefan. Black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is chocolate, mild toasted notes, some cocoa. Flavour is quite similar, and the beer has a quite nice dryish palate. A bit strange, but after a few sips it did get a bit better.

Bottle from trade with fonefan, many thanks! Sehr dunkelbraune/schwarze Farbe, ordentliche beige Schaumkrone. Geruch süß röstmalzig, viel Kokos, etwas Kaffee. Geschmack stark nach süßen Kokosnüssen, gering Kaffee und Schokolade, süß röstmalzig, leider zu süß und zu viel Kokosnuss.

Bottle. Frothy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Coconut and roast present. Oily palate. If you like coconut this is a nice brew. I dont like coconut.

Bottle from Kvickly. Almost black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, light coconut, chocolate and coffee. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 150315

Bottle. Very dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is malt, chocolate, caramel, coconut and artificial. Flavour is malt, chocolate, caramel, coconut, artificial, medium sweet, hop, little liquorice, little vegetable and a little coffee.

Bottle. It pours a dark brown body under a small, dense, light beige head. The aroma is very weak, but some coconut shines through. Some roasted malts and coffee notes too. The flavor is more pronounced, with roasted malts, coconut and some dark chocolate. Full body and a soft carbonation level. Semi-dry and full-bodied, with a pleasant carbonation level. Lasting finish. Quite nice this one, pity there’s so little aroma. 150228

Der dunkle Malzantrunk ist bereits deutlich von Kokos geprägt, trocken und süffig, mit der Zeit scheint das Kokosaroma anzunehmen, vielleicht gewöhnt man sich aber auch einfach schnell daran. Danach noch mild herb, dunkel, nett. 9/10/8/9/11/9

Flaske fra Kvickly Nørrebros runddel: helt svart, og med eksemplarisk skum. Pregnant kokospreg både i smak og aroma i tillegg til kaffe etc, en annerledes og interessant porter ( forutsatt at du er glad i kokos).

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of coconut, malt, coffee and yeast. Bitter, roasty flavour with touches of hops and sweetish notes of malt and coconut. Hints of coffee. Bitter and slightly rosary and smoky aftertaste with hints of lactose and coconut. Interesting and drinkable but rather watery.

Bottle, 5.5%. Quite distinct coconut aroma. Dark brown colour, seems hazy. Small off-white head. The flavour has coconut, distinct but not too much. Other than that, a subtle base beer, more malty than hoppy.
