On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Dorato, appena torbido, schiuma assente. Al naso note di mela matura grattuggiata, cantina, alcol. In bocca è dolce, succo di mela, anonimo, monocorde. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Niente di che.

On draught at the Carlton Arms, Cambridge. Light, almost lagery yellow. Not so much of an apple scent as a grassy/earthy/woody thing going on. Taste is sweeter than the aroma suggests. Feels more alcoholic than 6%, very boozy... Papery dry aftertaste. Pretty good.

Cask (handpump) @ Black Heart, 3 Greenland Place, Camden, Greater London, England NW1 0AP. [ As Orchard Pig Philosopher ].Light unclear medium orange yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, scrumpy apples, light horseblanket, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, scrumpy, apple, sweet apples. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20130817]

Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Pale golden with no head. There’s several English fruits evident with a strong lingering aftertaste. The apple is potent and sweet in its aroma.

Bag in box @ Bree Louise, Euston NW1. Pours a golden color with no head. Has a fruity spicy ripe apple. Fruity spicy slightly tart apple flavor. Has a fruity spicy warming ripe apple finish.

Cask at The Shrewsbury Hotel, Shrewsbury. Nice golden yellow. Medium sweet apples, fairly tame and innocent enough but still rather more-ish. Not bad at all.

Cask at the Sussex Arms, Twickenham Green, 04/05/13. Heavily hazed yellow/light golden to the point at which you can just make out your fingers through the murk! Nose is tarte apples. Taste comprises sweet apples, straw, sugars. Medium bodied with bite, sweet finish and just a touch on the dry side. Ok zoider.

Bag in a box at Bree Louise. Pours a clear gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma is full of sweet apples with a hint of underlying roast. Flavor begins with more of a tart apple that lasts throughout and has a bit of sweetness and earthiness.
