KOHINOOR is based on a classic India Pale Ale recipe with Imperial malt and a blend of Chinook, Simcoe and Pacific Jade Hops. The refreshing twist comes from the addition of Cardamom, Coriander and Jasmine petal oil.

Half pint from the cask at The Lamplighter in Jersey. Pours hazy amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, caramel, spice, toffee & hops. Moderate body. Smooth light bitter finish. Enjoyable

Fra cask på Sir John Hawkshaw, London 3 Apr 17. Gyldenbrun. Lavt skum med litt farge. Lett maltaroma. Smaken lime & mango. Blir tørr bitter etter hvert. Grei men uvariert.

Cask at Victoria station spoons. Pours clear amber, nose is dull toffee, malty, burnt malts, taste is similar, quite thin.

Cask at the Ale Emporium. Pours clear gold with a thick white head. Aromas of citrus, caramel. Taste is more of the same. Sweet finish.

Cask @ The 18th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England. [ As Windsor & Eton Kohinoor ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toasted, light moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, citrus, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120502] 7-3-7-3-15
