Flavor swoops in (cue EAGLE SCREAM), grabs you by the face and flies you through the hop rainbow. At the peak of the ride it swoops back to earth and gently drops you back on your bar stool where you are refreshed, excited and ready to ride again. It’s hoppy, bold and American. More bitter than a Cleveland Cavs Fan.
Hops: Summit, Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo
Malts: Pils, C-40, C-60, Wheat
Yeast: American Ale
SG: 15.5°

Can @ America Strikes Back, Ulfborg. Pours clear light amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and hops, with gentle touches of fruit. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with touches of citrus and sweetish notes of malt and fruit. Rather round finish. Bitter aftertaste with acidic notes. Nice.

On tap at Marriott Round Rock. Clear medium amber pour with a big off white head that leaves moderate lace. Nose is heavy citrus and pine with only a vague note of caramel. Taste is much the same with a slight burnt metallic tang in the finish. Medium mouth and average carbonation.

Enjoyed on tap at Beerland in Austin, TX prior to seeing Radioactivity which I'm really excited about. Man this place is dark. Appearance is a bright gold with a thin white head. Aroma is rich in hops, wavering between light citrus and whole cone. Taste goes down lightly bitter and slightly refreshing. Overall a decent IPA.

Sampled at BTBF. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a small white head. Aromas are hop forward with citrusy, floral, dank hops, cantaloupe, lots of Centennial notes, very light DMTS (green onion), and a touch resiny. Flavors are floral, citrusy, dry and dank. Very fresh hop profile. Medium bubbles and dry. I’d pick up a few 6 packs of this if it were locally available and this fresh.

Can thanks to my Secret Santa Michael. Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a combination of light grapefruit and grassy hops with a backbone of hay and earthy grain. Flavor starts with earthy grassy hops and hay up front with a bit of earthy citrus in the finish.
