A North Yorks version of the US West Coast hop-forward IPA. Bitterness is balanced by malt sweetness in our IPA and dry-hopping rounds out the aroma. Multiple hop types in this one, to justify the 'sunshine-in-a-glass' claim. Just what you need to brighten a grey winter (or even summer!) day!

From keg at Furley & Co, Hull, East Yorkshire, with OGJ 05.01.18. Clear orange. Dense and persistent off-white head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of Sevilla marmalade, malt and sweet citrus. Medium citrus bitterness is lingering on.

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Gialla, leggermente torbida, schiuma media bianca. Al naso sentori floreali, geranio, erbaceo, agrumi. In bocca è squilibrata, base di malto media con finale amaro leggero, astringenza. Corpo medio-esile, carbonazione media. Male.

Bottle from that shop in Malton. Golden with a decent head. Pine and grapefruit on the nose. Orange and apricot at the back. More orange and grapefruit on the taste. Light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Decent.
