Ce partenariat a donné naissance à une «Chocolate Porter» en guise de Cure Hivernale 2020, à savoir une bière noire onctueuse brassée avec du grué de cacao provenant de la torréfaction artisanale de Moutarlier.

From one grocery at Lutry or Boissons service at Malley. I really have enjoyed this porter, subtle and complex with aromatic notes of cacao, chocolate, roasted malt, smooth and mineral with a touch of oat, yeasty, rather on the American way, 16.09.21

0.33l bottle many thanks to Lore. Black body with a thin beiege head. Grainy malts, sugar syrup and and cocoa in the aroma with a hint of smoke. Taste of cocoa, dark sugar, toast and earthy hops. Not a super complex beer but definitely drinkable one.

dark brown, almost black colour, moderate sized creamy beige-ish head; aroma of heavy roasted sunflower seeds, (over-)toasted rye bread and slight cocoa powder; taste of burnt nuts and in general burnt bitterness, some moderate coffee and sourish notes; not really complex but at least easily drinkable porter
