Can: Poured a black color lager with a nice large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt with nice clean cereal notes. Taste is also a good mix of roasted malt notes with some clean cereal notes and is lightly bitter finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Solid lager with really good drinkability.

Poured from 473mL can (thanks Sammy). Very dark brown with minimal beige head. Dry roasted nuts, bread crust, quite nice.

473mL can, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma has bready malt, a little toasted nuts, and light caramel. Flavour is malty and dry, with bready malt and maybe a hint of nuts. Not particularly deep-flavoured even for the style, but it's pleasant.

My 225th Icarus rating. Wow! That’s a lot of Icarus beer. 16 ounce can from brewery. Barely translucent dark brown pour. Pillowy tan head. Lightly roasted malt nose. Flavor follows nose. Light roast, toffee, brown bread. Perhaps a hint of bittersweet chocolate. Medium bodied and drinkable. Decent.

Draft at Paragon, 2/28/24. Dark pour, thin tan/ off white head. Roasty, grains, earth, and toffee. Caramel and chocolate notes as well. Pretty good feel to it, though I bet it would be better on a lukr. Maybe a touch too sweet. Pretty good overall.
