A celebration of Noble Hop refinement and Old World malt and yeast culture. Lush and assertively hopped and dry hopped with Styrian Goldings (Celia), East Kent Goldings and Bramling Cross - layers of herbal dynamism reveal spicy notes of blackcurrant, lemon zest, spring botanicals. Subtle floral and stone fruit esters match a superb balance of malt character and a crisp snappy bitterness. The resulting pint is one full of depth, complexity and refreshment.

Can, from Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan NYC. Pours faintly cloudy dark yellow with a large foamy off-white head, citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste, thin body, long bitterish citrus peel finish. Decent pale ale.

Can. Amber beer with a cream head. Yeast and light fruity estery aroma. Fruity esters and spice flavor with yeast. Medium bodied. Fruity esters and earth linger with light yeast andspice.

On tap at Beer Run - Chelsea, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has soft piney hops and crisp biscuity malt � pretty dull and restrained. Flavour is very bitter, with lots of piney hops, gentle resins, wood, and crisp biscuity malt. Very bitter finish. Good stuff.
