Keg at the Cygnet - London. Pours perfectly clear pale yellow, lightly effervescent with a foamy white head. The nose has some biscuty pale malts, lightly zesty and citrusy hops, straw. Medium sweet flavor with moderate sugary biscuits, some grapefruit, lemon pith. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with citrusy hops, minimal bitterness, more grapefrut and lemon. Tasty beer.

Keg at the Cock, 27/06/14. Clear pale golden with a well formed white cap that retains, carbonation evident. Nose is pale malts, grain, cereals, light citrus notes. Taste comprises light citric presence, pale malt, touch of citric peel, straw. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, metallic wash in the close allied to light grassy bitterness. Pretty mediocre stuff, would probably benefit from cask conditioning to develop the flavour profile somewhat!
