Our Cashmere Fresh Hop IPA is made with over 600 lbs of fresh Cashmere hops per batch. It brings a full bright, juicy hop flavor and lots of fresh hopped deliciousness. It is citrus and orchard fruit forward, with subtle herbal and grassy fresh hop notes. A tribute to this year’s hop harvest, we recommend drinking this unique beer immediately.

On tap at Kulshan K2 - Roosevelt, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice mix of dankness, piney hops, and a touch of doughiness. Flavour is bitter and piney, with soft piney hops, doughy malt, and less dankness than the nose suggested. A bit rough on the finish but still expresses the hops nicely. Solid.
