Imperial stout aged in whiskey and french oak barrels with Merlot grapes
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Deschutes Brewery, this is a concept we’ve been eager to try. We co-fermented an imperial milk stout with Merlot grapes from Weinbau Vineyards before aging in a combination of barrels from Westward Whiskey and French oak that previously held Deschutes’ Abyss. Bold chocolate and dark fruit create pure decadence in your glass.
