An ode to the Belgian brewing tradition of table beers, this grisette is crisp and sessionable, with rustic, earthy subtleties. A dry hop with New Zealand Motueka hops adds a zip of citrus and tropical fruit, and with just a hint of acidity, this refreshing ale elicits summery sensations, no matter the time of year.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is full of tangy NZ dry hopping, rustic saison yeast, citrus, and a touch of oak. Flavour is tangy, citrusy, with rustic saison yeast, dry hopping, and a touch of oak. Dry, mineraly, citrusy, and lightly rustic. Very good.

More Brett bretty and bready-ness this year it feels. Hint of a fruity dry hop nose and still packs a sourdough kinda bang

That flavor that tells you it's a grisette and not a saison except *3. Delicious crisp bubbly rustic sweet funk.
