[ As Polgoon Cider - Sweet (2) ].Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, apple skin, sweet apples, manure. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, apple skin, tart, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20130816]

From the cask at GBBF. Pale yellow color, flat. Tart and fruity, with sweet apples, hoeny. Sweet, rich apple flavor. Tasty, with a bit of funk.

From cask. Pours cloudy yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is smooth apples. Sweet apples, zesty and juicy. Lingering sweet aplles into a mild juicy finish.
