Can (AbM)
Can looks like gone through the Iwo Jima battle, but no holes. Deep brown, ruby color, small steady beige head. Caramel, metal, nuts and alcohol in the nose. Medium-bodied, active carbonation. Harsh bitter front, grassy with hints of coffee-like roastyness. Nut much pecan nuts found. Maybe it is so old can that it has gone very dry? Hops are more or less there still.

Can split at Mother Arch during the 2014 Zwanze Celebrations, thanks to Fergus, 20/09/14. Mahogany brown with a big old chestnut coloured covering that retains well. Nose is toffee, dark malts, light metallic waftings, dark fruit. Taste comprises a pinch of cocoa, spice, earthy tones, toffee, dark fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not much depth or variety to this number but a drinkable affair none the less.

Can thanks to Fergus. It pours clear deep amber with a small beige. The nose is earthy, toasty, caramel, toffee, candy, brown bread and fruit cake. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, caramel, toffee, brown bread, vanilla, nut and fruit cake. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not a whole lot of depth, but drinkable enough.
