Hazy, dark blonde, with a medium head. Soft, bretty, herbaceous, light acidity, balancing clean malts. This is accomplished saison. Moderate bitterness, lemony notes, rosemary…great complexity.

Is this blend A? Or B? I'm going with A since it doesn't say a thing. Pours a light bland yellow, low head. Strong bretty funk lead, over sweet light malt, grapes, lemon. The aftertaste is complex lingering sweetness, socks, lemonthat lingers.

Looks like brewed 2021/07/07, pouring a clean, bright, light-golden colour with a frothy white head, average retention and leaving lots of base foamy lacing and a coat on the brew. Brett nose of earthiness and sourness, with lots of fruitiness (strawberries, tropical fruits, etc). Getting a little hazier as it pours. The mouthfeel is on the thin side, with a nice dry finish and mild tart, woodiness left on the tongue. A decent sour taste, but not puckering, with citrus and herbal hop notes. Quite a nicely brewed Brett Farmhouse Ale that goes down very well. If I would not know that this is from Toronto, I would of said it is from Belgium.

Wild aromas complemented by low notes of citrus and woody. Golden color, clear and bright. The foam is very thick and persistent. Wild yeasts are well involved in the mouth and yet let through subtle notes of citrus, red fruits and tropical fruits. The body is very thin and the carbonation very active. Very refreshing. Complex but subtle. Wild yeasts are extremely dominant.
