On tap at Avling, pours a clear amber with a white head. Aroma has a nice tart raspberry character, light wild character, and a touch of vanilla. Flavour is quite tart, with plenty of dry raspberries, a hint of vanilla, and gentle bugs. Very dry, a bit grainy, but well-made.

Pinkish and hazy, medium head. Lots of raspberry on the nose, a touch of acetic. Light body with gentle raspberry and a mellow base.
