Tributary is a Bavarian-style Hefeweizen made with a traditional devotion mash and naturally carbonated. The dense, fluffy foam swells with aromas of banana, white wine, and subtle spice. The palate follows with notes of perfectly ripe banana, lemon zest, and fresh baked bread lingering endlessly.

Pale, thick head, just a little haze. Soft body, light banana and some plastic phenols. Ok version, a touch of acidity but doesn’t hold much complexity. It was impossible to find a Tailgunner beer last time I was in Calgary, including at the brewery, that I thought they were a myth. Turns out they still exist!
