C'est noir, c'est gras, c'est fort, c'est puissant ! Des notes boisées, chocolat, raisin, vieil alcool. Une finale qui tire sur l'expresso...un bon pousse café !

Bottled. Close to black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is brandy, some liquorice, alcohol and quite stinging sweetness. Flavour is coffee, some alcohol, Baileys, some brandy/sherry like burn as well as some slight liquorice. A bit too boozy for it's own good.

Bière 33 cl trouvée aux halles de Wazemmes. Jolie couleur brune presque noire, mousse beige éphémère. Nez sur le café, très torréfié voire brûlé, le whisky est bien présent avec sa tourbe typique, ainsi qu'une note vineuse. Soyons honnêtes : à ce moment précis soit on est déjà amoureux de cette Correzienne, soit on s'apprête à passer un sale quart d'heure. En bouche, saveur torréfiée intense, notes de café, cacao, vanille, noisette, une bière riche, complexe et épaisse, pleine de caractère. Belle présence de tourbe. Petite touche herbacée en arrière bouche. Un pur délice !

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma color cappuccino media e persistente. Al naso note di cioccolato, tostato, caffé, tabacco. In bocca è semplice, dritta, non molto complessa, attacco dolce con amaro a bilanciare. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Si beve facile.

Small yellow head over deep red-brown beer. Stout-roast, sweet; alcohol, other grains. Light-roasted other grains, meatroast, bit smoked in the end. Well-bodied, alcoholwarming (and -sweetness). Nice classical Strong Stout, not really the French noire.

0.33 l bottle brought by Višnja 666 and Pilot Goran. Thanks! Black, small beige head. Mostly roasty, some barrel and spice. Sweet with barrel presence. Silky, balanced. Medium body, lory finish.

Bottle 0,33l, aged for 2 years, shared with CanCrusher. Pours almost black color with thin creamy light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, nuts, chocolate and cognac. Tastes of dark chocolate, relatively sweet with rich roasted maltiness, nuttiness and warming mouthfeel. Alcohol is present, although well hidden, while finish is quite bitter, but still very balanced beer. Full body, thick creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Tzar...

330ml bottle at Matt’s. Pours a very dark brown with a strong dark beige head. Aroma is similar to pop drinks with roasted malt notes. Taste is oily, burnt malt, dark fruits. Roasted, smoky, burnt malt aftertaste. Very good.

330mL bottle, pours an oily black with a small brown head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, light sweetness, and a little cocoa. Flavour is fairly robust, with roasted malt, dry cocoa and light-medium sweetness. Well-rounded, fairly robust and quite drinkable. Solid stuff.
