Tap @ Oudaen, Utrecht. Light hazy amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty and light spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 140425

From tap at the brewery, darker reddish brown, small head. Aroma is sweet, malt, grain, sweet. Taste is the same, sweet, malt, grain, bitter, slight alcohol. Nice

Keg at the beer cafe utrecht. A mostly clear amber orange coloured pour with a frothy beige head. Aroma is sticky dried fruits raisin, white grape, some banana,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty malts, raisin loaf, dried fruits, alcohol bite,. Palate is semi sweet, airy highish carbonation. Alcohol.

7 3 7 3 13 Draft at Oudaen, Utrecht. Clear amber with a thick off white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruity notes and coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft - ?ready and spice notes. Clear gold with a rich beige head. Sweet, fruity, touch sour and a long finish. Another poor example.

Tap @ the source. Copper/orange color, light hazy. Dense white head with good retention. Aroma’s from the glass: sweet, malty, coriander. Retronasal: fruit, spices, yeasty, a bit alcoholic. Flavor is light to moderate bitter, light sweet-fruity. Medium bodied. Not the greatest of tripels.
