The fifth beer made with our brew buddies, Mikkeller. A big and ballsy, tasty Barley wine following the same path as the previous “Goops” made available. This time with corn taking over the throne.

Sehr süßer Beginn. Trocken getreidiger Hintergrund, hell malzig, Alkohol, unrund. Mild würzig, brennender Alkohol, minimal herb. Meh. 8/5/6/5/11/5

A little oxidisation but on profile it is clean. Nice barely elements. Columbus I think.

Bottle. Quite lots of hops, resiny zesty and lots of orange, lots of bitterness, light biscuity maltiness. Crisp, carbonated, easily drinkable. Good one.

Bottle from Mikkeller web shop. Dark orange color with medium white head. Caramel malt, honey, oranges. Taste, sweet malt, honey, orange zest, Light hoppy bitterness in finish. Good.
