Keg @ Oslo, Hackney. Near black with a thin head. It has a smoothness which is very pleasant in the palate, but is perhaps a little too carbonated. There's some roasted malts in its nose only.

Stout at the brewery, I am pretty sure it was the kegged not draft version. It was a deep reddish brown in color with figs and plums in the aroma. The taste gave me fruits - rich raisins and malts. I felt it was more like a bitter than a stout but nice enough.
