Bottle. A big, creamy, off-white head leaves lacings over an unclear, dark golden-orange body. The aroma is peachy with tropical fruityness. Some pine cones too. It’s full-bodied and quite effervescent, semi-dry. Bitter, resiny and very fruity flavor, with a good dash of canned fruits. Lasting bitter and resiny finish. Way too carbonated this one, but sure tasteful and pleasant. 141220

Pours hazy orange with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, pine and grape. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy orange with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - tangerine and grapefruit. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter finish. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 201214

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with huge white head. Aroma is almost entirely dominated by intense passion fruit but also notes orange and grapefruit and hints of yoghurt and spruce. Taste is very bitter, light to medium acidic and light sweet. Body is milky with lively carbonation. Finish is very long and very bitter with notes of passion fruit, milk, toffee, spruce, raspberry yoghurt, sweet licorice, cinnamon and cardamom. Complex and intense but perhaps more tropical than Christmas-like.

Bottle, 7.2%. Hazy amber/orange with big off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, peach, little earthy, little caramel and citrus. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, peach, caramel, little earthy, citrus, grapefruit, spices and medium bitter. A pleasant surprise.

Draft. A hazy red beer with lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, fruits, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, hops, and citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish.
