This is a SPECIAL BREW created and brewed by our very own PBC STAFF! In honor of women in the beer industry, The Pink Boots Society releases a special hop blend to help raise funding and awareness of women in the industry annually. In addition to the hops, they wanted to make a unique, fresh-tasting beer for Spring so we treated the base beer with 40lbs of watermelon and added a nice touch of Basil for super crushable brew!

Watermelon really overwhelms the kölsch subtleties, so really this is a watermelon beer with some basil herbaceousness flitting around the edges. Good, if watermelon beer is your thing.
