Im Herrnbräu Zwickl sind noch schwebende Eiweiß- und Hefeteilchen enthalten, die dem Bier die natürliche Trübung verleihen.
Das Zwickl enthält noch alle aus dem Brauprozess stammenden Trübstoffe. Diese Trübstoffe entstehen sowohl aus malzeigenen Eiweißstoffen, als auch durch vitaminreiche Hefezellen. Beim Zwickl werden die schwebenden Hefe- und Eiweißstoffe nicht durch Filtration entfernt, daher schmeckt es besonders vollmundig.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an orangey golden with a faint haze and a tiny, off-white head. Sweet, malty nose - some biscuit notes. Medium body, very sweet biscuit and caramel with next to no bitterness. A candy beer out of balance. 190126

kolor złoty, dość głęboki, wyraźnie opalizujący, piana białą, raczej obfita, trwała. w zapachu słody, jasne, lekkie nuty świeżych zbóż, trochę kwiatowych nut chmielowych, sucha piwnica, w tle minimalny banan i chyba lekkie nuty rozpuszczalnika. w smaku pełne, słody, mąka, lekki chleb na zakwasie, lekkie nuty drożdżowe, odrobina kwaskowości drożdżowej, suszone zioła i drewno gdzieś w tle. goryczka niska ale obecna, drożdżowa, krótka. w ustach gęste ale przyjemne. nasycenie umiarkowane.

Skoro kellerbier ekologiczny to tym razem normalny, i nie austriacki tylko niemiecki. co jest slabiej, delikatne, malo kwaskowe, lekko szczypiace, cytrynowe w aromacie, malo drozdzowe, ot taki lekki lager z oszczedna dawka metnosci. Piana jest podobna srednia i srednio trwala, ale tworzy wieksza koronke wewnatrz czeskiego kufla. Coz do popicia kielbasek z grila moze byc ale do twardych serow juz sie nie nadaje.

Slightly hazy orange pour, with a small white head. Grassy, hints of lemon, light cereals, light yeast. Low bitterness, a little muddy, and a full mouth feel.

Hazy pale amber colour, small white head. Grainy, a bit sweet aroma. Light-bodied. Malty, a bit sweet and grainy. Somewhat boring kellerbier.

A golden beer, a head is big and white. Aroma has grain and some light grass. Taste has grain, light aromatic notes. Medium bodied. Pure and nice.

Gylden. Klar. Middels høyt kremaktig skum. God maltaroma. Smaken korn & malt. Litt søt. Avslutninga i samme stilen. Litt bitterhet etter hvert.

6-4-7-4-14 Bottle, nine months before bbd. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow, with a big creamy off white head. Aroma is sweet yeasty minerals and pilsner malts with bread, hay and heather, as well as herbal hops with grassy minerals. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is pilsner malts with bread, hay and heather, as herbal hops with grass and yeasty minerals.

Can shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma combines hay and bread with a touch of grass and straw underlying. Flavor starts with bread and grain which is joined by hay and has some slightly earthy grass in the finish.

Panda thanks to Fergus: Poured a golden with a white colored head. Aroma is malty, biscuit, bready. Taste is sweet, malty, cereal and grain.
