Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a hazy amber with some floating impurities. Nose has caramellish malts blended with some citrusy hops. Medium body, again caramellish and quite hoppy. The aftertaste however is horrible, gets all metallic - like sucking on a bolt or something - and chemical. Starts alright, finishes not quite so alright. 220915

Christmas Eve 2014: 355ml bottle, label claimed 6.3% ABV on the front, 6% on the rear, best before 04/15. Very surprised to be offered this by my brother-in-law. Poured into a Hacker-Pschorr large stemmed tulip it looked good, a solid amber body with an off-white head that gave some heavy lacing. Hops all the way here, but the malty undertones also ensured the beer was not too bitter or dry, although the finish was fairly dry, as was the aftertaste. Very drinkable and I would happily have had another if there had been one to have.
