Fra fad på Taphouse juli-14: dyp gylden med fint skum som varer. Kraftig maltkropp og humlebruk som balanserer. Appelsin og aprikos pluss litt furunål. Lang og god ettersmak.

355ml bottle from Utobeer. This is all about rich citrus and fruity hops, without getting too sweet. Tastes nice in the Spring sun, although could be fresher.

Bottle from some place in Canterbury. Some toffee. Again I cannot vouch for the freshness but it’s better than the Beach House. Some hop. Yep it’s ok even some half decent hop sting on the finish. Ok

Tap, 6.7% abv, one third pint measure at Jake’s Place. Clear, red-brownish coloured body. Fair off-white head, spotty lacing. Malt-fruity smell, marmalade-like. Semi-sweet grapefruit taste with bread-like malts beneath. Fresh deep bitter ending. Well bodied. Nice (Edinburgh 09.08.2013).
