Bottle: Golden, hazy, rapidly collapsing loose white head; fresh citrussy and grapefruity aromas in the mild bitter-sourish and yeasty nose; moderate sourish-bitter flavour, light bodied but soft; lemony and yeasty flavours in the slightly lingering sourish-bitter finish. Pleasant and refreshing…

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Citrus-fruity and delicately flowery and resiny hoppy aroma with present wheaty notes and peppery spice in the background. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation for a Wit. Mildly yeasty, malty and slightly wheaty base with moderately fruity and slightly floral hoppy accents, including notes of citrus and lemon, the latter getting slightly perfumed/generic towards the dry-ish, mildly sweet and tart finish with shades of peppery spice. Still likeable if you are fond of the style. 25.I.15
