33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild estery and slight spiced. Dry, mild spiced and slight herbal. Dry and estery, mild spiced finish.

Smooth fresh beginning. Quite bitter for a Witbier, smooth, fresh. Not to deep with nice hints of orange, but only floral. I miss the spicyness of a good Witbier. Also the Orange / Lemon is much too low. The aftertaste is dry and bitter, nice floral hops there but the picture is my round without that spices that normally belong there. Sad - the beer itself is nice.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is kind of strange, grass, orange, boiled vegetables, old cellar, weeds, spices, hay, light malts. Taste is slightly harsh, grass, old cellar, weeds, spices, paper, orange, boiled vegetables, hay, light malts, medicine. Little bitterness, slightly harsh mouthfeel. Meh!

Appearance: Lovely cloudy yellow color with a fine white head that leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: Wheat, pleasant citrus and mild coriander.
Palate: Medium (light) body. Moderate sweet and an ok bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Wheat, rich grassy, mild fruity, citrus and mild coriander.
Overall impression: A bit to grassy for my liking. Otherwise quite ok.

33cl bottle @home. Pours ugly murky yellow, thick white head. Yeast on the cork, loads of it. Lemony nose, spicy, hoppy and yeasty aroma. Flavor has lemon, yeast, spices, hops. A hoppy witbier, paired ok with the salmon I had for dinner.

A cloudy, light yellow beer with a quite weak and white head. The nose has lemon, coriander, some wheat and peppery notes, white asparagus. Taste has lemon, surprisingly also grain, some bitterness that is not totally balanced with other nuancees. Almost medium bodied. More spices would be needed.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, thick, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Yeasty aroma, slightly floral, citrusy hoppy overtones with lemon note, hints of lemongrass, a peppery spicy yeast touch as well, very "backgroundish" banana. Taste is initially minimally tart, hints of lemon, lemon zest, a herbal touch, not much yeast action going on - OK this far; later additionally with a dry touch of cardboard nd lime, accompanied by a crumbly mouthfeel; refreshing and drinkable, sadly the finish adulterates the ensemble.
