Draft at Hellcat Annie's. Clear gold, thin white head, light, spotty lace. Fruity aroma, some dough, grains, and lime zest. Clean, a little sweet, light bitter. Crisp and enjoyable. Fairly heavy carbonation. Good, with just a little less carbonation this would be great.

Tap at the Jeffrey lunch special with burger. Yellow beer white frothy head. Nose is grass and biscuits. Tastes of grass, water crackers, light slat and pepper, bready hint of lemon. Fine kolsch

At the brewery: pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is light apple, bread, and hops. Taste is bready with low hoppiness. Very light.
