Cask at the Mill, Cambridge. Cloudy yellow.a bit of skimmy white head on the top. Citrus and coriander in the aroma. Proper Witbier smell with a bit of funk. The aroma isn’t intense like it is with many of the best Witbiers, but that’s ok.bittersweet taste. Bit of cheese. Chalky, light and slightly bitter palette. A pretty good shot at a pretty good style.
