Golden colour, white head. Aroma of straw, malts, light hops, light fruity, some butter. Malty flavour, light hops, quite some butter. Finish butter and malts. I’m not a big fan of too pronounced diacetyl.

RBESG pt 19. Craft Clerkenwell. Grandish Tasting. Cask - big thanks to Keen Massey - cheers mate. Clear gold beer, bubbly white head. Palate is light and dry with fine carbonation. Light pale malt base. Floral and slighty spicy hops with touches of citrus and pear. Light dry finish. Tasty and interesting.

Cask at Craft Clerko during RBESG ’14, day 4, 10/08/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pale malt, bread dough, bitter orange, straw. Taste comprises light tropicana, caramel malt, grassy, orange pith. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Drinkable but pretty mediocre for the style, lacks hoppy punch and at 5.2% this is an APA for me not an IPA.
